Varde is a private performance journal for athletes, currently in a small test (beta).
Who can use it
Varde is for athletes aged 16 and over. It is not for anyone under 13.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Use your own email address and one account per person.
Your journal
- What you write belongs to you. Your journal is private: other athletes can't see it.
- Coaches can't see it either. Any future sharing will be something you choose to turn on.
The beta
- This is a test version. Features may change, and things may not always work.
- Before the public launch you'll be able to download and delete your data.
Where your agreement is stored
When you accept the terms, we record the date and time in your account, in one place only: profiles.terms_accepted_at. You can't change it, and it isn't used for anything else. The wording you agreed to is kept in this app's code (app/terms/page.tsx and app/privacy/page.tsx).
